A hands-on class in the West Village with Chef Salvatore Olivella. You stretch and top your own pizza, it bakes in the wood-burning oven, and you eat it at the table with starters and a dessert pizza.

Where and when
Little Charli runs public classes on Sundays at 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM ($85 plus tax, drinks extra) and on Mondays at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM (three courses with beer and wine, $125 plus tax). Tickets are sold on Resy. Forno d'Oro also runs some Saturday classes at 11 AM, sold on OpenTable. For a private group or another date, send a request.
